Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 4 apples
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder
- Fresh mint leaves to taste
Preparation

- Blend the apples and lemon to get their juice
